Where does this happen? Our pop-ups have a fraction of the overhead from the box store, so we will be able to pass on the savings with boat to table prices. We bring fresh seafood to a city near you, which will be available for purchase in person or pre-ordered.
Who does your business benefit? Our business benefits the small boat owner by compensating them better than our competitors as well as the consumer as we bring it directly to you from the docks of Newport, Oregon. We happily serve small businesses and private personal sales.
Why would potential customers care? The FDA allows stores to market seafood as fresh for 365 days after first freezing. Our goal is to bring you seafood that is live or on ice for the real catch to table taste experience.
